We do not accept returns or exchanges as each piece is carefully handcrafted. Please ensure you check all details before placing your order.

In rare cases of receiving a defective or damaged product, please inform us at folkthreadsfromkrithya@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83830 85007 on the same day of delivery.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if requested to return). Please note, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
